Return & Refund Policy

1. requirements for returns

You can order items within 14 days after receipt of the goods return, provided that they are in a perfect condition are located.

Returned items must:

    • be unworn and unused

    • Free from damage, soiling or odours

    • complete and in Original condition

    • in the Original packaging

    • with all labels, labels and accessories

We reserve the right to refuse returns or to an appropriate compensation if the goods have been used beyond the use necessary for testing (§ 357 BGB).

Excluded from exchange and return are:

    • Individualised or personalised products

    • Hygiene articles such as underwear, socks or similar items

For reasons of health and hygiene protection Goods delivered sealed excluded from return if the seal has been removed or damaged (e.g. perfume or similar products).

3. reimbursement

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be made within up to 21 working days.

Refunds will be made using the original means of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to withhold repayment until the goods have been received or until proof of return has been provided.


4. return costs

The The customer bears the costs for the return shipment, unless otherwise required by law.

The specific return costs and any country-specific shipping costs will be communicated as part of the return process.


5. right of cancellation

Consumers have a statutory cancellation right of 14 days from receipt of the goods.

The provisions of this Return & Refund Policy apply in addition to the statutory right of cancellation and do not restrict it.

We examine the case individually and offer - depending on the situation - a replacement, a repair or a refund.
